Beach club management software

ComfortBeach runs umbrellas, bookings and seasonal pricing for a beach club, from the beach map through to the bar.

What ComfortBeach is

ComfortBeach is ComfortService's beach club management software. A beach club has a problem the others do not: space is the product. Umbrellas and loungers are physical positions, booked by the day or by the season, priced differently depending on the row and the time of year. ComfortBeach starts exactly there: from the map of the beach.

Who it is for

For beach clubs, lidos and beach resorts handling spot bookings, season passes and — almost always — a bar or a kitchen as well. It is built for places currently keeping the umbrella map on a laminated sheet and the season passes in a notebook.

What it does

It turns the beach plan into a working tool, rather than a drawing somebody redraws by hand every morning.

  • Beach map with the state of every umbrella
  • Daily bookings and season passes in the same place
  • Pricing by row and by period, with no manual recalculation
  • Bar and food service linked to the spot on the sand
  • Beach staff shifts
  • Season performance, day by day

Where we are: in development

ComfortBeach is in development. It is the youngest of our products and is not yet open to the public. As with hotels, a version built for your club is possible right away: if you have a season to prepare, now is the right moment to talk about it.

How it connects to the rest

Many beach clubs are also restaurants, and many sit next to a hotel. That is why ComfortBeach shares its foundation with ComforTables and ComfortRooms: beach, floor and rooms can live in one system instead of three programs that do not talk to each other.

How to start

Write to us describing the club: how many rows, how many spots, whether you serve food, and how you handle season passes today. From there we work out together what is worth building.

Frequently asked questions

Do you make software for beach clubs?

Yes, it is called ComfortBeach and it is in development. It handles the umbrella map, daily bookings and season passes, pricing by row and period, and the link to the bar. It is not open to the public yet, but for a club preparing its season we can build a dedicated version right away.
