ComfortRooms keeps availability, housekeeping and the front desk under control. The general product is in development; a custom version we can build today.
It keeps aligned the three things that always drift apart in a hotel: who is arriving, which rooms are ready, and who is preparing them.
ComfortRooms is ComfortService's hotel management software: room availability, floor status and front desk activity in one view. The idea is the same as in our other products — remove the work of copying the same information from one place to another — applied to the rhythm of a property.
For hotels, bed and breakfasts, guest houses and small properties currently holding bookings, cleaning and arrivals together with separate tools. It is built for a light front desk, often one person doing several jobs at once.
The general hotel product is in development and not yet open to the public. We do not have a date we are willing to promise, and we would rather not invent one. In the meantime you are not stuck: a version built for your property is possible now, and it is a road we have travelled before.
ComfortRooms shares its foundation with the other ComfortService products. If the property also has a restaurant, floor and rooms do not stay two separate worlds; and the property's website can read availability and content directly from the software.
Write to us describing the property and how you work today. We will tell you whether it is worth waiting for the general product or starting now with a dedicated version.
We do not have a date we are willing to promise. ComfortRooms is in development and we would rather not announce a month and then move it. If you run a property and need something now, though, you do not have to wait: we can build a version for your hotel today.
