Is the restaurant software available yet?
Yes, ComforTables is available in public beta and can be used today. The core features — floor map, bookings gathered from every channel, orders sent to the kitchen — are complete and in real use in venues.
ComforTables holds floor, bookings and kitchen together on one map that updates while service is running. The public beta is available now.
ComforTables is ComfortService's restaurant management software: a single screen showing which tables are taken, which bookings are coming in and which orders are moving through the kitchen. It comes from a concrete problem: when the room is full, the information people need is scattered across a notebook, three phones and whoever happened to be standing there at the time.
For restaurants, trattorias, pizzerias and venues running floor and kitchen together, from twenty covers to two hundred in an evening. It is built for places taking bookings across several channels — phone, website, messages — and reconciling them by hand before every service.
It gathers into one place the things that today live in several, and keeps them current in real time across every device on the floor.
The general version of ComforTables has just entered public beta: you can use it today, and the core features are complete and in real use. Being a beta, some parts are still changing and we expect to fix things based on what you report. We would rather say so plainly than pretend the product is finished: whoever comes in now shapes what it becomes.
ComforTables does not live alone. A venue's website can read menus and availability straight from it, so a change made once shows up online without being retyped. It is the same foundation we use for the other sectors: if you open a hotel or a beach club tomorrow, you are not starting over.
Start with the public beta, which is open now. If the way you work needs something the general product does not do, write to us: we will look at whether a made-to-measure version makes sense.

It means the product is open to everyone and working, but still evolving. The core features are complete and used daily in real venues; some parts keep changing and we fix things based on what users report. We say so explicitly rather than presenting it as finished: whoever joins at this stage shapes what it becomes.
Write to us for the current beta terms: since it is an evolving stage, we would rather tell you directly and accurately than leave conditions on a page that may no longer hold. The beta is accessible and usable now either way.
Describe how you work and we will tell you straight: whether ComforTables suits you as it is, whether to wait, or whether you need a dedicated version.
