Custom management software

When an off-the-shelf product is not enough, we build one around the way you work. The path starts with a request and ends with software in production.

Why custom software exists

A general product works when a business resembles many others. Often the opposite is true: a particular legal constraint, a way of working built over twenty years, a stockroom that resembles no other stockroom. In those cases bending yourself to the software costs more than bending the software, and a dedicated build is the cheaper answer.

Who it is for

For businesses that have tried standard products and had to reshape their own work to fit them. And for sectors where we do not yet have a general product: beyond restaurants, hotels and beach clubs, we build on request for other hospitality and service businesses too.

How we work

The path is always the same, and it starts by watching how you work before writing a line of code.

  • You tell us how you work today, including what does not work
  • We tell you honestly if a standard product would be enough
  • We separate what is genuinely needed from what is merely nice
  • We build, showing you something working early and often
  • We put it into production alongside you
  • We stay for maintenance and for what surfaces in real use

Available on request

Custom development is active and available now, across every sector. It is not a price list: every project has a different scope and has to be looked at before anyone can talk seriously about it. That is why the path starts with a request sent through ComfortService rather than an automatic quote.

Never starting from zero

Even a custom build sits on the same foundation as our general products. That means shorter timelines and, more importantly, that your software does not end up isolated: it can talk to your website, to our other products and to the tools you already use.

How to send a request

Through the form on the contact page, describing the business and the problem you want solved. No specification document needed: a few lines about what you do and where the work jams is enough. We reply to the address you leave us.

Frequently asked questions

What does "custom management software" mean?

It means software built around the way you work, rather than the other way round. We start from how you work today, including what does not work, and build a tool that respects your real constraints — legal, organisational, habitual — instead of asking you to change them so the work fits inside a standard product.

How do I request a custom build?

By sending a request through ComfortService, using the form in the contact section. No technical specification is needed: a few lines describing the business and the point where the work jams is enough. We reply to the address you leave, and from there we work out whether and what is worth building.

When is a custom build better than the general product?

When using a standard product would mean changing the way you work, and that way of working is part of why you succeed. If your business does resemble many others, the general product costs less, is ready sooner and is continuously maintained: in that case we will tell you so, even though it means selling you less.

Do you build for sectors where you have no product?

Yes. Custom development is not limited to the sectors where we have a general product: if your business has specific needs, the path is the same. The difference is that we start from the shared foundation behind our products, so nothing is built entirely from scratch and timelines stay reasonable.

How long does a custom build take?

It depends on scope, but we never start from zero: custom projects sit on the same foundation as our general products, so timelines are shorter than an entirely new build. In the first conversation we give you an honest estimate, and we show you something working early rather than disappearing for months.

Tell us about your case

If a standard product is enough for you, we will say so: we would rather lose a client than build something nobody needed.
